Jamal Musiala enjoyed his day off from Club World Cup duty by meeting up with former Bayern Munich team-mate and current Manchester United forward Joshua Zirkzee. Fresh from scoring a hat-trick in the Bundesliga champions' 10-0 thrashing of Auckland City, Musiala joined his old pal and other friends and family for a trip to Universal Studios in Florida.

Musiala is in the United States competing in the Club World Cup with Bayern. The 22-year-old only appeared as a substitute against Auckland but still ended up bagging three goals within the span of 16 minutes, with Kingsley Coman, Sacha Boey, Michael Olise and Thomas Muller also getting on the scoresheet.

There were only four occasions when Musiala and Zirkzee shared the turf while at Bayern together, one of which came for the reserves. However, they were both on the pitch at full-time as the Bavarian giants beat Borussia Dortmund to win the 2020 DFL-Supercup.
AFPWHAT NEXT FOR MUSIALA & ZIRKZEE?
Musiala will be back in Club World Cup action on Saturday when Bayern take on Boca Juniors, who drew their first match 2-2 with Benfica. Zirkzee, meanwhile, will be looking to get as fit as possible after an injury hindered the Dutchman towards the end of the 2024-25 campaign.
